Deep nose of mulberry & blackberry, tobacco leaf and fine cedar. Very smooth. Classic medium bodied cool climate cabernet structure. Pure cassis, black olive and tobacco. Layered powdery tannins which will ensure this wine will age gracefully. Cellaring 15 — 20 years.
